Sanofi: changes to board of directors
(CercleFinance.com) - Sanofi announces that its board of directors has decided that at its next AGM scheduled for 28 April, it will propose,the appointment of two new independent directors - Rachel Duan and Lise Kingo.
The board will also propose that its shareholders ratify the appointment by cooptation of Paul Hudson and the renewal of the mandates of Laurent Attal, Carole Piwnica, Diane Souza and Thomas Südhof.
The mandate of Claudie Haigneré, which expires after three full mandates, will not be renewed. In addition, Suet-Fern Lee, after serving on the board for nine years, has said that she will retire and will therefore resign before the meeting.
