Sanofi: presents new strategy ahead of CMD
(CercleFinance.com) - Ahead of its Capital Markets Day, Sanofi released a statement, announcing a new strategic framework, "based on four main priorities - focusing the portfolio, leading with science, accelerating efficiency, and reinventing how the company works".
The French pharmaceutical group' main growth levers will be Dupixent and vaccines will aim to accelerate R&D focus on six "potentially transformative medicines".
Sanofi will try improve its operational efficiency to finance growth and strengthen its operating margin for businesses. Finally, it will adapt its organisation with three main entities and an autonomous public health entity.
