Sanofi: BlackRock cuts stake
(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of its clients and funds under its management, has informed the AMF that on 2 April it has cut its stake in Sanofi's capital to below the threshold of 5% of its voting rights
Therefore, on behalf of the said clients and funds, it now holds 69,856,970 shares, representing as many voting rights, i.
e. 5.60% of the group's capital and 4.99% of its voting rights.
The AMF said that this threshold has been crossed due to OTC and market sales of Sanofi shares, along with a restitution of shares held as collateral.
