Sanofi: finalises sale of Zentiva to Advent
(CercleFinance.com) - Sanofi finalised the sale of its European generic business to Advent International (Advent) on 30 September.
The transaction was completed ahead of schedule for 1.9 billion euros (company value).
Sanofi announced that it began exclusive negotiations with Advent last April to sell it Zentiva, its European generic business, based on a firm, irrevocable and fully funded offer.
