(CercleFinance.com) - Sanofi has announced that the European credit rating agency Scope Ratings AG has awarded it a long-term rating AA and a short-term rating of S-1+, with the long-term rating having a stable outlook.
These ratings confirm the financial strength of Sanofi and provide investors with a greater diversity of independent opinions, the French pharmaceutical giant said.
Accredited and regulated by ESMA, the European supervisory authority for financial markets, Scope is the third agency to rate Sanofi, with it having already been rated AA by Standard & Poor's and A1 by Moody's, each with stable outlooks.
