Neopost: acquires Parcel Pending in the US
(CercleFinance.com) - Alongside its Capital Markets Day, Neopost has announced the acquisition of Parcel Pending, a leader in the residential, commercial and academic sectors in the United States and Canada, for a price of over 100 million dollars.
Founded in 2013, Parcel Pending has over 150 employees and thousands of customers in North America. The company's 2018 sales reached 30 million dollars.
Lori Torres will remain CEO of Parcel Pending and will lead the Neopost locker initiative in the US. As part of the acquisition, Parcel Pending will continue to have their office in Irvine, California.
