(CercleFinance.com) - Goldman Sachs Group has informed the AMF that on 17 August it increased its stake to over 5% of Neopost's capital and voting rights, now indirectly holding 6.

The crossing of these thresholds results from the purchase of Neopost shares over-the-counter, with Goldman, Sachs & Co. LLC individually increasing stakes to above these thresholds.
