Bouygues: to sell 16.2 million Alstom PSR
(CercleFinance.com) - Bouygues has announced its intention to sell at least 16.
2 million Alstom Preferential Subscription Rights to qualified investors by an accelerated bookbuild offering.
The PSRs sold give the right to subscribe to a minimum of 4.9 million new Alstom shares to be issued as part of the capital increase.
"This transaction confirms Bouygues' support to Alstom strategy and to the contemplated acquisition of Bombardier Transportation without committing additional capital," Bouygues said.
