Bouygues: launches 'Build to Rent' in France
(CercleFinance.com) - Bouygues Construction announces that its real estate development subsidiary Linkcity is teaming up with Keys Asset Management to create an investment vehicle to develop Build to Rent (BTR).
Launched in France after an initial experience in the UK, this concept of ready-to-live-in rental housing with integrated services consists of an "all-inclusive" housing offer aimed at families and households in big cities.
These residences will include large shared areas such as reading or TV rooms, a rooftop, a sports hall and even a coworking area. Residents will also be able to use their connected concierge service or remote control services.
