Bouygues: contract for Arena in Paris
(CercleFinance.com) - Bouygues Construction has announced that it has signed a contract with the City of Paris awarding its consortium the contract for the Arena Porte de la Chapelle, a sports facility for this neighbourhood and a flagship infrastructure for the Olympic Games that will be held in Paris in 2024.
Bouygues Construction's share for the design and construction of the entire project amounts to 110 million euros excluding VAT. Bouygues Energies & Services FM France will also provide 10 years of upkeep and maintenance, in collaboration with Dalkia.
The work, to be carried out by Bouygues Bâtiment Ile-de-France, will begin in the summer of 2021, with delivery scheduled for July 2023. Bouygues Energies & Services will carry out the associated technical work, while Mathis will be in charge of the project's wooden structural parts.
