Bouygues: partnership agreement with CDC Habitat
(CercleFinance.com) - Bouygues Immobilier has announces signing a partnership agreement with CDC Habitat for 2019/2021 last Wednesday, following that signed in March 2015, concerning the purchase of 1,200 intermediate housing units per year.
The new agreement, which will cover over 3,500 housing units by 2021, aims to increase the volume of sale off-plan (VEFA) transactions, both in social housing, intermediate and affordable contract housing.
It will help to supplement the social offer, encourage the return of institutional investors to residential housing, and help define a framework for collaboration on complex or large-scale operations.
