Bouygues: H1 current OP up 36%
(CercleFinance.com) - Bouygues has published H1 2019 net income, group share of 225 million euros, down 36 million euros, mainly due to the lower contribution from Alstom (33 million euros, against 73 million euros in H1 2018).
However, the conglomerate's current operating profit reached 453 million euros over the period, up significantly (+36%), meaning a 0.5-point improvement in its margin over the period, which reached 2.6%.
Group revenues increased by 11% to over 17.4 billion euros
(+5% at a constant consolidation scope and exchange rates), supported by strong commercial momentum in all businesses, which has led Bouygues to confirm its FY outlook.
