Bouygues: files takeover bid on Keyyo

(CercleFinance.com) - Rothschild Martin Maurel, acting on behalf of Bouygues Telecom, has filed a takeover bid for Keyyo shares with the AMF, at a unit price of 34 euros, following the purchase of a block of shares on 18 January.

The offeror irrevocably undertakes to buy all of the 937,269 existing shares that it does not hold, i.e. 47.82% of the group's capital, and shares that may be issued and/or tendered as a result of the accelerated vesting of free shares.

In the event that the conditions are met at the end of the offer, or if necessary reopened, the offeror intends to implement the squeeze-out within ten trading days from the date the result of the offer if published.
