Bouygues: Bouygues Telecom's acquisition of Keyyo on track
(CercleFinance.com) - On Friday evening Bouygues Telecom announced that it has agreements relating to the acquisition, over-the-counter, of 43.
6% of Keyyo's capital, at a price of 34 euros per share.
Subject to customary conditions, the acquisition is expected to be completed before the end of January 2019. After this acquisition, Bouygues Telecom will file a friendly takeover bid at a share price of 34 euros, for all of Keyyo shares in issue that are not already held by Bouygues Telecom. Assuming that the threshold enabling the completion of a squeeze-out is passed after the start of the settlement-delivery of the offer, Bouygues Telecom will request the implementation of a squeeze-out of Keyyo, Bouygues said.
Settlement-delivery of the offer is set to occur in the first six months of 2019.
