Bouygues: Oddo confirms rating after interim results
(CercleFinance.com) - Oddo has confirmed its buy rating on the Bouygues stock, along with its target price of 49 euros after the group unveiled its H1 2018 results.
Q2 2018 sales rose by 7.8%, outpacing expectations by 3.8%.
In its daily equity report, Oddo says that Q2 underlying operating profit came in 20 million euros above expectations at 414 million euros (vs. Oddo BHF's estimate of 371 million euros and the consensus of 395 million euros) it underlined.
Bouygues has reiterated its guidance for 2018. The group still prefers margin to volumes in its construction business, targeting growth in its operating profit and operating margin the broker adds.
