Bouygues: PPP contract with Université Paris-Sud
(CercleFinance.com) - Bouygues Construction has announced a public-private partnership (PPP) contract between the project company Platon Saclay and Université Paris-Sud, for the future biology - pharmacy - chemistry (BPC) division which is located on the Saclay plateau.
Platon Saclay will ensure the design, fitting and operation/maintenance of this complex of about 85,000 m². Delivery is scheduled for April 2022, with design and building representing 283 million euros.
The hub will in particular host cutting-edge research laboratories, teaching spaces, places of conviviality, tertiary spaces, technical facilities, pooled logistics zones and parking areas.
