Bouygues: acquires Alpiq Engineering Services
(CercleFinance.com) - Bouygues Construction and Colas have announced the acquisition of Alpiq Engineering Services, a leading energy, industrial services and rail infrastructure group in Switzerland.
Alpiq Engineering Services is specialised in multi-technical services for construction and infrastructures for energy, industry and transport. The company's sales reached approximately 1.7 billion Swiss francs in 2017, mainly in Switzerland (57%), Germany (24%) and Italy (12%).
Through this transaction, Bouygues Construction will strengthen its roots in Switzerland in businesses that are highly complementary to those of its subsidiaries Bouygues Energies et Services Suisse, Losinger Marazzi, VSL and PraderLosinger.
