Bouygues: wins contract for complex in Singapore.

(CercleFinance.com) - Bouygues has announced that its subsidiary Dragages Singapore has been contracted by a consortium consisting of CapitaLand, CapitaLand Commercial Trust and Mitsubishi Estate to design and build a new integrated development project.

This real estate complex, which is 280 metres tall, will be one of the tallest in Singapore's central business district. This 51-storey building will have a total surface area of 93,351 m², housing offices on 29 floors.

A green oasis will surround the building's core on four floors, including a botanical walk and an outdoor terrace. Work on the building began in August 2017 and is scheduled to be completed in 2021. It will involve over a thousand people during peak periods.
