Bouygues: returns to profit in H1.
(CercleFinance.com) - Bouygues has published H1 2017 net attributable profit of 240 million euros, against a loss of 28 million euros a year earlier, with an underlying operating margin that is up 1.
1 point at 2.5%, boosted by Bouygues Telecom and TF1.
The order backlog at end-June 2017 for its construction activities reached a peak of 31.2 billion euros, up 5% from the end of June 2016 and up 6% at constant exchange rates.
The conglomerate also stresses that mobile users of its subsidiary Bouygues Telecom reached 13.6 million at the end of June 2017, with 645,000 new clients since the end of December 2016.
