Accor: to submit appointment of Ms Anne-Laure Kiechel
(CercleFinance.com) - Accor's Board of Directors has decided to submit the appointment of Ms Anne-Laure Kiechel for approval at the next General Meeting, which will be convened to approve the financial statements for the year ending 31 December 2022 and which will be held on 17 May 2023.
If the General Meeting approves this proposed appointment, Ms. Anne-Laure Kiechel would qualify as an independent director.
Ms Anne-Laure Kiechel has been a member of the United Nations Committee for Development Policy since 1 January 2022.
The Board of Directors has also decided to propose the renewal of the terms of office of Mr Sébastien Bazin, Chairman and CEO, Ms Iris Knobloch, Vice-Chair of the Board and Lead Director, and Bruno Pavlovsky, Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
