AccorHotels: confirms results of takeover bid on Orbis
(CercleFinance.com) - On Wednesday evening, AccorHotels confirmed the final number of Orbis shares tendered to its takeover bid.
On the settlement-delivery date, which will take place on 28 January, the group will therefore directly and indirectly hold 85.84% of Orbis' capital.
As a reminder, investors tendered 15.3 million shares to the offer at the price of 95.0 zlotys, for a total of 1,451 million zlotys (approximately 387 million euros), representing approximately 33.15% of Orbis' capital.
