(CercleFinance.com) - AccorHotels and SBE Entertainment Group announce the completion of AccorHotels' acquisition of a 50% stake in sbe, whose iconic brands include SLS, Delano, Mondrian, Hyde and the Originals.
"Through this partnership, AccorHotels' will pursue its strategy to expand its offering in the luxury lifestyle hospitality segment and its footprint in gateway cities across North America," the hotel giant said.
sbe's hotels, restaurants and other establishments will be marketed on AccorHotels' platform. They will be referenced on accorhotels.com and will integrate the French group's loyalty Program.
