AccorHotels: in talks with Air France-KLM
(CercleFinance.com) - AccorHotels has said that in recent years, it has had discussions with Air France-KLM to develop, amongst other things, common digital projects and a common platform for loyalty and services.
These reflections have included the possibility of the hotel chain taking a minority stake in the capital of the Franco-Dutch airline in order to reinforce this industrial growth project.
AccorHotels also confirms that it has resumed these talks which, at present are in preliminary stages, regarding the project's feasibility and the conditions for its implementation, and which, when the time comes, will be the subject of discussions with Air France-KLM.
