AccorHotels: takes over ResDiary platform
(CercleFinance.com) - AccorHotels has announced completing the acquisition of ResDiary, a booking platform for restaurants which employs over 100 people in six countries.
The financial terms of the transaction were not specified by the hotel group.
Particularly well established in the Asia-Pacific Region and the UK, the platform is active in 60 countries in the world, with 166 million plates distributed annually for the benefit of 8,600 establishments. Founded in 2004, ResDiary has been in profit for six years now.
AccorHotels says that ResDiary offers caterers an upmarket table management service, thanks to a technology which optimises their revenues while managing operating costs.
