AccorHotels: strategic partnership with Mantis
(CercleFinance.com) - AccorHotels has announced the conclusion of a strategic partnership with Mantis, a South African company operating a collection of five-star establishments and lodges worldwide, which it owns, and which are managed by the brand or bearing the label “Mantis”.
The French hotel chain is taking a 50% stake in Mantis, enabling it to reinforce its leadership in the field of exceptional and personalised escapes, while echoing the group's environmental protection initiative, called Planet 21.
This partnership comes alongside the launch of the Community Conservation Fund Africa (CCFA), a non-profit organisation (NGO), which aims to increase both groups' commitment to slow the decline in wildlife in Africa.
