Accor: new hotel complex at Orly airport
(CercleFinance.com) - As owner and developer of the land, ADP has signed with AccorHotels, operators and investors through its subsidiary AccorInvest, two construction leases for the renovation of the Mercure hotel and the establishment of a new hotel under the ibis Styles banner at Paris-Orly airport hotel, we learned after trading on Thursday.
This new hotel complex, which is located at the entrance of the Orlytech business park adds to and enhances the hotel offer at this business park which is located in the Northwest of the airport platform.
Under both these construction leases, the current Mercure hotel (4 stars) will be completely revamped and will have 189 fully redecorated bedrooms in 2019. The range of services on offer will also be renewed, including a new glazed catering area that opens out onto a large outdoor terrace.
