Accor: negotiations for AccorInvest ongoing
(CercleFinance.com) - Following the conversion of its real-estate activities within AccorInvest, AccorHotels is currently in negotiations with a group of French and international investors to finalise the sale of part of AccorInvest's capital.
The hotel giant reported this Thursday after the stock-markets closed that it had received several detailed letters of intent.
These discussions with investors have been embarked upon with the intention of sealing a deal for the final signature of an agreement shortly.
