Vallourec: all resolutions adopted - no dividend to be paid
(CercleFinance.com) - Vallourec has announced that at its AGM yesterday under the chairmanship of Mr Philippe Guillemot, with a quorum of 69.
62%, all the resolutions submitted to vote were adopted.
The General Meeting approved the parent company and consolidated financial statements for the 2021 financial year and decided not to pay a dividend for this year.
The General Meeting renewed the mandates of Ms Angela Minas and Ms Hera Siu and ratified the co-option of Mr Philippe Guillemot as a director.
