Vallourec: JP Morgan Chase stake falls below 5% of VR

has informed the AMF that on 10 December, via its subsidiaries, it cut its stake in Vallourec's capital to below the threshold of 5% of voting rights (VR) and that it now indirectly holds 5.13% of the group's capital and 4.99% of its voting rights.
The crossing of this threshold results from an OTC sale of Vallourec shares.
