Vallourec: JP Morgan Chase stake exceeds 5%

has informed the AMF that on 24 August, via companies that it controls, it has increased its stake in Vallourec to above the thresholds of 5% of its capital and voting rights, and that it now indirectly holds 5.18% of the group's capital and 5.05% of its voting rights.
This breaking of these thresholds results from an OTC purchase of shares in the seamless pipe manufacturer. On this occasion, the company JP Morgan Securities plc exceeded the same thresholds.
