Vallourec: JP Morgan Securities increases stake above 5%
(CercleFinance.com) - JP Morgan Securities has informed the AMF that on 24 May, it increased its stake in Vallourec to above the thresholds of 5% of its capital and voting rights.
It now holds 5.48% of the seamless steel tube manufacturer's capital and 5.34% of its voting rights.
These thresholds have been exceeded following OTC purchases of Vallourec shares.
