Vallourec: 300 million euro bond issue
(CercleFinance.com) - Vallourec today announces the launch of a bond issue totalling 300 million euros and maturing in 2023.
Alongside available cash, the proceeds from this issue will contribute to the refinancing of Vallourec's outstanding bonds maturing in August 2019 by repaying them on their due date, while paying certain fees and costs, the group said.
Vallourec will keep these proceeds in its general treasury account and will reduce existing and future short-term borrowings.
