L'Oréal: in exclusive talks to sell Roger & Gallet
(CercleFinance.com) - L'Oréal has announced entering into exclusive negotiations with the French investment holding company Impala for the sale of its brand Roger & Galllet.
Roger & Gallet was integrated into L'Oréal's consolidation scope in 2008 following the acquisition of Yves Saint Laurent Beauté.
The brand's sales reached 52 million euros in 2018.
