L'Oréal: acquires Mugler and Azzaro Perfumes
(CercleFinance.com) - L'Oréal has announced signing a contract for the acquisition of Mugler and Azzaro Perfumes from the Clarins group.
These businesses reported sales of around 340 million euros in 2018.

The acquisition is set to be completed in Q1 2020.
