L'Oréal: announces small acquisition in the US
(CercleFinance.com) - L'Oréal this morning announced the acquisition of the professional color brand Pulp Riot.
It has already been finalized.
The financial terms of the deal were not specified.
Launched in the US in mid-2016 by David and Alexis Thurston, last year the target's sales reached 11 million dollars (slightly over nine million euros at current exchange rates). Pulp Riot is mainly distributed in the US by SalonCentric.
Within the French cosmetics giant, Pulp Riot will continue to be directed by David Thurston from Los Angeles.
