L'Oréal: shareholder meeting decides on E500m share buyback
(CercleFinance.com) - L'Oréal held a combined general shareholder meeting on Tuesday 17 April 2018, chaired by Mr Jean-Paul Agon, group Chairman and CEO.
The meeting adopted all of the proposed resolutions. It decided to pay a dividend of 3.55 euros per share.
It also appointed two new directors, Mr Patrice Caine and Mr Axel Dumas for a term of four years.
In addition, the Board decided to repurchase L'Oréal shares totalling up to 500 million euros: the group intends to cancel these shares.
