TotalEnergies: production shutdown in Gabon
(CercleFinance.com) - TotalEnergies EP Gabon has announced a production stoppage, as crude oil reception and export operations have been suspended at the Cap Lopez oil terminal, operated by Perenco Oil & Gas Gabon.
This follows an incident that occurred on 28 April.
The 58.3%-owned subsidiary of TotalEnergies said that the terminal operator is working to resume its activities. TotalEnergies EP Gabon remains mobilised and is studying the possible options to enable production to resume as soon as possible.
