Total: completes acquisition in Germany
(CercleFinance.com) - Total announces that it has completed the acquisition of Charging Solutions, the unit specialising in charging infrastructures for electric vehicles of its subsidiary Digital Energy Solutions (DES), from Viessmann group.
Thanks to this acquisition, Total becomes the operator of a network of 2,000 charging points installed by professional clients in Germany, some of which are accessible to the general public.
The integration of Charging Solutions into the group's German subsidiary, Total Deutschland, has been effective since 1 November. This transfer of businesses will have no impact - either for Charging Solutions' clients or its existing partners.
