Total: so sell its Lindsey Refinery to Prax
(CercleFinance.com) - Total announces that it has signed an agreement to sell the Lindsey refinery, together with the logistics assets and all associated rights and obligations, to the Prax Group.
The Lindsey refinery is located in Immingham (Lincolnshire) in the north-east of England. It has a capacity of 5.4 million tonnes per annum.
With this acquisition, the Prax group is developing its integration and competitiveness in the United Kingdom by securing its local supply.
The sale should be completed by the end of this year after the lifting of conditions precedent.
