Total: results of 3rd interim dividend payment
(CercleFinance.com) - Total's board of directors met on 13 March 2019 and offered the option for shareholders to receive the third 2018 interim dividend 0.

At the close of the period, 44% of shareholders decided to receive the third 2018 interim dividend in shares.
14,864,169 new shares will be issued, representing 0.6% of Total's capital, based on capital existing as of 31 March 2019.
The issue price of new shares to pay for this third interim dividend has been set at 49.30 euros.
The amount of the third interim dividend for 2018 to be paid in cash to shareholders who decided not to receive the payment in shares reaches 928 million euros, which will be paid from 5 April 2019.
