Vinci: Eurovia finalises acquisition in US
(CercleFinance.com) - Vinci announces that its subsidiary Eurovia has signed an agreement with Salini Impregilo to acquire the Asphalt Plants & Paving business of Lane Construction, its US subsidiary that generate annual revenues of over 600 million dollars.
With approximately 2,000 employees on the East Coast and Texas, this business includes about 40 hot-roll manufacturing plants and several quarries that produce more than one million tonnes of aggregate per year.
This business complements that of Eurovia in the US through its subsidiaries Hubbard Construction and Blythe Construction, which is present in the southeast of the country. In 2017, the company's sales reached 488 million euros in the US.
