Total: to offer fluid range for electric/hybrid vehicles
(CercleFinance.com) - Total has announced that it will offer a range of fluids that are specifically developed to meet the cooling and lubrication needs of the various components of new electric and hybrid vehicle engines.
Two new product ranges are now available for manufacturers: Total Quartz EV Fluid, which is for passenger cars and Total Rubia EV Fluid, which is for industrial and commercial vehicles, as well as electric buses.
Marketed by Total Lubrifiants, they add to the solutions for electric mobility that the energy group already offers in applications that include charging, storage and fleet management.
