99%) in the LNG terminal of Dunkirk, the group announced on Friday evening.
"At the completion of the transaction, two buyers, a consortium composed by Fluxys Europe BV (currently 25%), AXA Investment Managers and Crédit Agricole Assurances on the one hand and a consortium composed of Samsung Securities, IBK Securities, Hanwha Investment & Securities Co. Ltd, on the other hand, will hold respectively 35.76% and 39.24%," Total said.
The deal is set to be closed in the third quarter of 2018.
