CNP Assurances: tender offer starts on 2 May
(CercleFinance.com) - The AMF has announced that the simplified tender offer for CNP Assurances shares, filed by Barclays Bank Ireland, BNP Paribas, Morgan Stanley Europe and Natixis, acting on behalf of La Banque Postale, is open from 2 to 31 May inclusive.
The offeror irrevocably undertakes to acquire, at a price of 20.90 per share, all 100,915,135 CNP Assurances shares not held by the offeror, i.e. 14.70% of the company's capital.
In addition, it will bear the selling shareholders' negotiation costs under the semi-centralised procedure, which will amount to 0.3% (excluding tax) of the amount of the order, up to a maximum of 150 euros per case (including VAT).
