CNP Assurances: successfully places E500m bond loan
(CercleFinance.com) - CNP Assurances has announced the successful placement of its first Tier 2 subordinate bond issue as part of its EMTN program established in December 2018.
This is a bond with a maturity of 10 years, totalling 500 million euros and bearing fixed interest of 2.75%.
The securities have been rated BBB+ by Standard & Poor's and A3 by Moody's.
More than six times over-subscribed to, the issue was quickly placed on 25 January 2019 with about 220 European and Asian institutional investors.
