CNP Assurances: CEO to leave in August
(CercleFinance.com) - In a brief statement, CNP Assurances has announced that its CEO Frédéric Lavenir has resigned for personal reasons, and will leave the company on 31 August.
The board of directors will appoint his successor in due course.
Since January 2007, until his appointment as CNP Assurances' CEO, Frédéric Lavenir was director of human resources and member of BNP Paribas' executive committee, which he joined in 2001.
