CNP Assurances: discussions continue with Caixa Seguridade
(CercleFinance.com) - After trading on Wednesday CNP Assurances announced that negotiations are continuing with Caixa Seguridade for the conclusion of a binding MoU.
The current agreements remain in force.
As a reminder, last September the group announced the signing of a non-binding memorandum of understanding with Caixa Seguridade providing the terms of a new exclusive distribution agreement in Brazil, with the precise details given on 22 December 2017 by which its conclusion was expected at the start of 2018.
This update occurs after an overhaul of Caixa Econômica Federal's management team.
