(CercleFinance.com) - In a statement issued after trading, CNP Assurances confirmed that discussions are currently underway with its Brazilian partner, Caixa Seguridade.
These talks concern the terms of a potential renewal, after its maturity in 2021, of the distribution agreement of the products of their joint venture, Caixa Seguros Holding, and its subsidiaries, by the Caixa Econômica Federal network.
