Carrefour: JP Morgan Chase reduces stake
(CercleFinance.com) - JP Morgan Chase has declared to the French market authority, the AMF, that it had, on 27 December, via the companies it controls, broken below the 5% shareholding threshold in Carrefour and that it currently indirectly holds 0.
01% of the share capital and 0.01% of the voting rights of the French retail group.
This change in shareholding stems from the reduction in the number of shares held in its trading portfolio and the company is now exempt from trading in the share.
