Carrefour: new quality line in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes
(CercleFinance.com) - The Carrefour group today announces the signing of a new spelt wholemeal flour quality line in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, with two players from the region, the Degrange mill and the Dauphinoise cooperative.
This partnership will enable the brand to offer new breads that are 100% wholemeal with nutritional qualities that meet consumers' demands, Carrefour said.
This three-year contract covers 1,000 tonnes of cereals, and aims to double volumes and cultivated areas in the next three years.
